This program is designed to be a motivating, light-hearted exploration of strategies which enhance the ability of employees to manage the impact of change on the 21st century workplace. In addition to entertaining multimedia visuals, Susan facilitates an interactive discussion on the following:

  • The Organization:  Vision, Mission, Strategic Plan

  • Professional/Workplace: Success Skills, 13 Rules of Success

  • Personal Reactions to Change

Managing Change using the 5 P's:

  • Perspective:  Fear vs. opportunity

  • Plan: Personal strategic plan

  • Practice, practice, practice

  • Patience:  Scope of control, personal power, cultivating uniqueness, taking care of self

  • Persistence

Participants develop a personal action plan to enhance their ability to manage change effectively.

This program can be offered as a keynote presentation (unlimited number of audience participants) or in a half-day or full-day session for a maximum of 30 participants.
