Point offers people a powerful way to gain insight into
their behavior in different situations.

on a situation. Identify the unique aspects of the
self-assessment dimension being emphasized most in the
situation.
Reflect
on the personalized feedback provided by the profile.
Gain a better understanding of how your behavior may be
helping or hindering your progress toward your
goals.
Act on
the insights gained to bring about your desired results.
Focus Point
contains two response forms to give people insight into
their behavior in different situations. use it to
compare and contrast behaviors and emotions in different or changing
situations, such as:
* working with a supervisor or
peer;
* working on Team A or B;
* a previous or current job;
* a relationship at home or at
work.
This program uses research-based assessment profiles and
materials created by Inscape Publishing and
can be offered in a half-day or full-day session for a
maximum of 30 participants.
