all programs can be delivered "off-the-shelf", Susan
specializes in designing or customizing programs to enhance
transferability of skills to the work place and ensure a
return on investment, based upon the impact of the training
on business results.

entertaining, and thought-provoking. Susan has a unique
ability to engage participants in a process which cracks the
window of perception on new insights and self-awareness.
Program length ranges from half-day, full-day, to two or
three-day formats to meet the unique needs of the organization.
Susan is
certified to deliver programs incorporating the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Richard Chang Associates (RCA)
curriculum, and Inscape Publishing products. In
addition, organizations can purchase training curriculum on
a diversity of topics created by Richard Chang Associates
(RCA) or Inscape Publishing Company for use by internal trainers. These comprehensive programs
include complete facilitator's kits with step-by-step guides
for delivering the course along with participant workbooks, PowerPoint
presentation slides, and in some cases, video training
materials. Susan also designs customized "Train the
Trainer" programs so that organizations can easily and
effectively implement these programs using their own
training staff.
